Within each product page, it can be added to our shopping cart, along with related products suggested by the site (based on the main product being displayed at that moment), which will be added to your shopping list.
You can review, add, remove, or modify the cart at any time until you have all the products you want.
Each product page also provides detailed information about the product, as well as a contact form for any questions, which will be answered by MK Coin staff as soon as possible.
For custom-made or on-demand products, such as special or modified chucks, please contact us so we can provide you with a tailored solution and a final quote.
How to Pay
Once you have carefully reviewed that all products are in your online cart, you can pay directly through our website using a credit or debit card, or by bank transfer.
All payments made through our website are secure, and we never retain the information provided.
Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive confirmation in your email inbox. In addition, you will have access to all your invoices both by email and in your user area on the MK Coin website, for your convenience.
In the user area, you will also find a history of your orders, making it easier and faster to repeat future purchases of similar products.
Shipping
As soon as payment is received, our staff begins preparing your order. Please note that if you pay by bank transfer, it may take 1–2 business days to become effective, which will slightly delay processing.
You will be informed at all times about the status of your order—whether it is being prepared, has already been shipped, or is pending delivery.
These updates can also be checked in your user area, under the section ‘My Orders’.
For orders over €300 (excluding VAT), shipping is free to mainland Spain. For orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Europe, and America, please consult shipping costs with our office.
Returns
- A copy of the invoice is required for any return or exchange.
- Returns/exchanges will not be accepted after 14 days from receipt.
- The material must be in the same condition as received, unused.
- Products with original packaging must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error on the part of MK Coin.
