At MkCoin, we are always ready to take on challenges that help us grow, and the latest one has undoubtedly been the manufacturing of this impressive 4-jaw independent chuck, Ø2,000 mm in diameter and weighing over 3,500 kg, now on its way to Finland.

Another special feature of this project is that it came with a twin brother of the same dimensions, which was exhibited by the company ZEATZ at the Bilbao Machine Tool Biennial (BIEMH).

The chuck was displayed on a ZEATZ PHV-2000 divider, with a load capacity of 30 tons unsupported. The divider was equipped with a rotating tailstock spindle nose DIN55026, which in turn carried an MK Ø1,200 4-jaw independent chuck.

When we take on projects of this magnitude, we dedicate ourselves fully to their development at every stage. These are processes that, although fully machined, still require adjustment and supervision by our specialized team.
